i'm most excited about eventually being to have robots do all those things things that i never really enjoyed doing at all and the only thing i'm not at all looking forward to is if AI does in fact try to destroy the entire human race

buildings self-assembling without humans would be nice…..i have a technology idea that would be nice to colonise Mars but we first need the automated self-building technology…….the idea would have to get robots to analyse the planet inside structure(whole of it) and modify the whole outside shape to match where weight should be added…at least move the dust//earth around while also arranging some spots where lava could exit without damaging the other areas…….auto-mark weight limits of every areas to keep things balance……then optimize where buildings should get construct for optimal accessibility…..keep certain areas as blank for possible factory building of more futuristic technology that could come out 30-50 years later…….well a very complex auto-generated map for the planet……ofc there things i probably haven't account for that i'am unaware of…but just tossing the basic idea……………NOW ABOUT THE LAST PART SHOWN……Microchip in the brain while it could enhance a human to be superior in term of functionnality…..there is a high risk of brain hacking that could occur or they could choose to terminate said human if they are not fully obedient//are a risk to gov plans……everything else is welcome……i thought of bitcoin potential risk of getting denied…but there is alternate solution if gov take action againts a spreader of undesired info(aka cutting web communication so it cant spread)……….thief problem case…money transfer could be limit if sent to a new account(the money cant be deliver unless both ppl goes to a public area(tie to bank) to confirm that the transfer is legit)…additionaly the bank would scan both ppl see if they wear audo transmitter(in case family get taken hostage and if the threatened speak out they take action…..so scanning ppl on top of being force to go into public will prevent the taking of hostages)…..so basicly treatening one with a gun would now be entirely pointless as they would be force to go into public then they would get call out and get arrest……ofc that cant stop hacking but it would limit thiefs who lack of a brain…..oh ya 1 additional process that could be add once inside….ask both to remain silent after the request and split them apart so the threatened can speak safely if he was treaten(in case the thief hold a weap on him)…..if the thief had no gun or anything that could of harm the victim they probably weren't a thief to begin with but someone that was being frame if the other would accused them of thief attempt….in hostage claim case while not being held off at gun point is dubbious and can be verified……so ya i think its gonna be mostly safe

Autonomous cars is fine as long as it remains an assistant and not a replacement. Things like drunk driving and killing an innocent will be a thing of the past. That is ideal, but because greed is the driving force of technology, expect a lot of bad things to happen. Such as all truckers, taxi and uber drivers being out of a job. Who will afford your autonomous taxi then? Not every one can be a computer programmer or a content creator. The majority of people need simple to do jobs. Replacing basic workers with automation, and neglecting deteriating infrastructure will eventually cause your civilization and your rich way of living to collapse.

People need to move away from "can we do it?" to "should we do it?". The same people who warn of the dangers are also the ones pushing ever faster development. Every single piece of technology can be abused and almost certainly is being used for the wrong purpose. Look at things like Alexa that are admittedly are being used to spy on us. At some point those in control WILL determine that they do not need all the excess population that they will view as a waste of resources. We can only pray that this never happens!
