This is the first in a series of videos covering applications of technology in music education. I am in no way affiliated with the developers of any of the apps or devices in this video.

This video shows how to slow down, shift pitch and repeat or “loop” sections of a song from your iTunes library.

mimiCopy is available for the iPad 1 and 2, the iPhone and iTouch devices.
This is more of how-to than a review, but I do love this app.
I use it daily and hope the developers do well.

  1. Nice…I've been using Reaper (sequencer) on my PC to do this, but it doesn't have pitch control (not really meant to be used that way). Now if you could add markers, that would be perfect as I find it very useful to mark events in a song I'm trying to learn.
