  1. Just bought this drive and have experiences some drop-outs (connect/disconnect) issues. I have read that other people have also experienced this as well. Anybody has any thoughts as to why? I have a 2017 iMac 5k 3.4Ghz Mac OS High Sierra configuration. I have formatted the drive and will continue testing (I did not format initially because it was already formatted for Mac). Thanks in advance for any insight.

  2. Thought it had a transfer speed of 560Mbps… that’s what I’ve read on the packaging, but you say 2100-2500Mbps?

I’ve also seen speeds of 40Gbps, and some are bundled with a USB -C or Thunderbolt?

So… yours has a Thunderbolt cable that gives you a faster transfer speed of 2100 – 2500Mbps, so.. what about the 40GBps statement?

    Best regards,
    Dave.
